This is a member’s only 24 hour gym. Members must be paid up to date to work out. No Guests. No day or week passes. Members must be 18 to join. Memberships cannot be put on hold or frozen. Those who cancel their membership will have to rejoin. Membership is not transferable.
Payments are due on the 15th and will pull automatically from your debit/credit or pre-paid card. Please keep your card up to date. Please let us know if your cell phone number changes.
A 30 day written notice is required to cancel membership: To cancel go to waltfitness.com and submit an E-cancellation request directly through our website. You must be paid up to date to cancel.
CHECK IN POLICY: All members are required to scan their own access key to gain entrance to the facility and enter 1 at a time. Let the door completely close between each member entering. Your key is required for entry. If you do not have your key or have lost it do not ask other members to open the door for you and do not follow in another member. Come in during sign up hours to purchase a new security access key. No Key = No Entry.
UNAUTHORIZED ENTRANCE: Members may not loan their access key to anyone. Members are responsible for the security of their access key. If you allow anyone to access Walt Fitness with your key or bring in a non-member you will be required to pay a minimum fine of $60 and/or loss of membership with no refunds. Unauthorized entrance or use of Walt Fitness by non-members including children, is not permitted.
NO LOST AND FOUND: Members must take all personal items with them upon leaving the facility. Walt Fitness is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged articles.
Members are required to Enter and Exit through the member’s door

Allow others to “work in” or take turns
You cannot claim a piece of equipment by putting a towel, phone or water bottle on it (when you leave the equipment it is available for next user)
Do not monopolize several pieces of equipment while others are waiting
Do not tie up the equipment for long periods-be aware others may want to "work in"
If you are sweaty - bring your own towel and don't forget to take it with you
Make sure to take personal items (phone, towel, lifting belt, keys, etc.) home with you
Please be respectful and courteous of other members
Realize loud cell phone conversations may be distracting to others
Don't be "THAT" guy - Let Her/Him work out in peace - Headphones on is Clue#1
Don't give unsolicited advice
Do not grab multiple dumbbells and hoard them for yourself - allow others to use them
Stand back from dumbbell rack when using dumbbells-allow others to access the dumbbell rack
Bottom Line- Be considerate of other People
